Key responsibilities Create high-quality concept art that establishes the visual direction for various game elements Design memorable horror characters and environments that enhance gameplay and narrative Collaborate with Creative Direction and other teams to ensure cohesive visual style and storytelling Required qualifications 3+ years of professional concept art experience in games, film, or entertainment Exceptional portfolio demonstrating advanced visual development skills and design thinking Strong understanding of horror visual language and psychological storytelling Expertise in drawing, composition, lighting, perspective, anatomy, and color Ability to work from rough ideas through polished production-ready concepts
