Key responsibilities Generate new business conflicts of interest reports using Intapp Open conflicts software Maintain a working knowledge of department standard operating procedures and conflicts request workflow Demonstrate sound judgment in managing assignments in relation to firm and department priorities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or prior conflicts experience may be considered Experience with relational databases such as Intapp Open or LegalKey is desired Previous online research experience, including Dun & Bradstreet, preferred Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
