Job Description
Your day begins at the office, where you’ll connect with your team, prepare for the day ahead, and follow up with existing customer accounts before heading into your assigned territory. From there, you’ll control your productivity for the day in order to crush your goals. Responsibilities typically include:
Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).

Compensation
Performance-Based Earnings + Residual Income
Commission earned on new accounts
Residual commissions on existing accounts you continue to manage
Increased earning potential as you build and grow your client portfolio
Typical first-year on-target earnings (OTE) range from $65,000–$90,000, with top performers earning $125,000+ by consistently exceeding performance goals and growing their book of business.
