In-House Maintenance & Warehouse Support
Position Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance & Warehouse Support team member to join our company. This position will provide support both in the warehouse and out in the field, performing general maintenance, repairs, and warehouse duties. Some emergencies may require a response after normal hours (rarely and could happen anytime within a 24 hour day).
The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, works well with others, takes pride in their work, and can handle a variety of tasks throughout the day. A good sense of humor and a positive attitude are a big plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide general support in the warehouse and in the field
- Pull and organize warehouse orders
- Perform general building/store maintenance
- Complete basic plumbing repairs- Perform painting and touch-up work
- Handle general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Keep accurate maintenance and work logs
- Coordinate with the corporate office and internal staff
- Prepare quotes for larger maintenance and repair projects
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with other general duties as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in general maintenance or a similar position
- Basic plumbing knowledge and repair skills
- Basic painting and general repair experience
- Ability to identify maintenance needs and determine the appropriate repair
- Ability to properly prepare quotes for larger jobs
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to prepare quotes and maintain electronic logs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also working effectively with a team
- Reliable, dependable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
- Must be comfortable standing and working for 4 hours or more at a time
- Must be able to work professionally and cooperatively with internal staff
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
