Doctor of Medicine | Nephrology
Location: Indiana

About the Position

Key Responsibilities:

Full-time permanent position
Diagnose and manage CKD, ESRD, AKI, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and glomerular disease
Provide inpatient consults and maintain outpatient clinic
Oversee dialysis care (inpatient, in-center HD, and home modalities)
Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and primary care teams
Participate in shared call rotation (≤10 days/month)

Practice Environment:

Strong referral network with established patient volume
Teaching opportunities with medical students and family medicine residents
EMR: Meditech
Experienced support staff

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary + quarterly wRVU incentives (3–5 year agreement)
