PRA has achieved significant study results in allergy, asthma, vaccines, otitis media and sinusitis treatment and has earned a reputation for conducting quality research.Why Experienced CRCs Choose PRAMulti-disciplinary collaboration with seasoned investigators and clinical staffStrong operational support and clear SOPsExposure to complex, meaningful studies—not just high-volume turnoverA site with long-standing credibility and research maturityBacking of a growing research network with resources and stabilityWhat You'll DoCoordinate all aspects of assigned clinical trials from site initiation through close-outConduct subject visits and ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ALCOA-C standardsMaintain compliance with protocols, GCP/ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, IRB requirements, and SOPsManage subject recruitment, informed consent, and retention activitiesEnsure timely EDC data entry and resolution of queriesReport and follow up on AEs, SAEs, and protocol deviationsCollaborate with investigators, sponsors/CROs, labs, and internal teamsPrepare for and participate in monitoring visits, audits, and inspectionsMaintain regulatory documentation and ensure training compliance for amendments and systemsPerform study procedures such as phlebotomy, ECGs, and sample processing (as trained)Attend investigator meetings and provide cross-functional support as neededMaintain working knowledge of protocols, lab manuals, equipment calibration, and inventoryWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferredAt least one full year of experience coordinating multiple Phase 2–4 industry-sponsored clinical trials requiredExperience with regulatory, patient visits, consenting, interacting directly with sponsors, and scheduling patient visits requiredHeavily prefer those who are trained and experienced in phlebotomyStrong understanding of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and clinical trial operationsExperience with EDC, IVRS, and clinical research platformsProficiency in medical terminology and clinical documentationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple studiesClear, professional verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working onsite in a collaborative, clinical environmentWho Thrives in This RoleCRCs who want structure, support, and accountabilityProfessionals who value teamwork over silosCoordinators who care about data quality, patient experience, and complianceThose ready to grow within a stable, well-established research siteApply today if you're looking for a CRC role where your experience is respected, your schedule is predictable, and your work directly contributes to advancing meaningful medical research.California Pay Range $70,000 - $80,000 USDHeadlands Research is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
