Summary of the opportunity - Client Overview: We are hiring for a design and research team at a leading technology company, focused on creating new experiences for customers across Windows, Store, Cloud, Devices, and Mixed Reality. - Role Summary: As a UX Researcher II, you will be responsible for conducting user research on the Microsoft Store on Windows and the web. Your insights will inform the product strategy and design explorations of the Store, with the goal of deepening user engagement.
